When will I be charged?
You pay for your first candle today. After that you're charged once a month, on the same day, just before each candle ships.
Can I change scent, skip or cancel?
Yes, any time. Sign in to your account to switch scent, skip a month, pause or cancel. No minimum term and no fee to leave.
How do I get new scents first?
As a member you're automatically first in line. When a new scent is ready, we email you before it goes on sale, and you can swap it into your next delivery.
How does voting work?
Each season we share the scents in development. Vote for your favourite above and send any requests. The most popular ideas become our next pours and collections.
